What is an e–ticket?

 It is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number. When you book a ticket an email is sent to you have e-ticket. You have to carry the e-ticket and a valid id-proof with you.

What is the Max Seat we can book?

  A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travelers you will have to re–complete the booking process for the additional travelers.

I have made the payment but don't have an e-ticket?

  We are sorry for the inconvenience but don't worry. Call us at 9554259000/ 9161856000. We will complete this booking offline. We suggest you do not try booking again.

How do I know my booking was done?

  You will get an email and SMS to confirm your booking

If wrong prefix (Mr/Mrs) is selected while booking. How can I get this changed?

  Just call us and tell us your booking detail. We will contact the airline and pass on your details to them. If the airline doesn't allow title change you'll have to cancel and then re–book the ticket with the correct title.

How do I print my ticket?

  When you book a flight, after the payment the flight is booked and ticket is opened on the screen and gives you the option to print it. Sometimes you get a message that you will get the ticket within an hour. In such case you get the ticket in your mail within an hour. To print the ticket later go to Enter your PNR/ Reference Number and Mobile Number/email id and you will be able to see and print your ticket.

How do I get a boarding pass for an e–ticket?

  You need to show your e–ticket and the valid Id-proof to the check–in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time. Some airports don not allow you inside without a printout of your e–ticket, so do not forget to carry your e-ticket.

How do I cancel a flight reservation?

  If you have to cancel the ticket before 5 hours you give us a call and we will do the rest. If it is later than 5 hours, you have to contact the airlines directly to cancel the ticket.

If the Flight is cancelled. How do I get my money back?

  If the flight you booked got cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases. You send us a mail at and also give us a call. We will make sure you get a full refund, after verifying with the airline.

What are the cancellation charges?

  The cancellation charges depend on the airline, sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation. Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the airline, Ezeetrip charges a cancellation fee of Rs 250 per passenger per sector.

If I need to cancel my flight, what's the latest I can do this by?

  With Ezeetrip, you can cancel your flight no later than 5 hours before the time of departure. If it's later than 5 hours, you need to contact the airline directly for cancellation.

How will I get my money back after a cancellation?

  We will credit the money back to the same account you used while making the booking.

How long does it take to process a refund?

  We usually process the refund within 4-5 working days of cancellation. However, it may take slightly longer to reflect in your account statement depending upon your bank. Normally it takes 10-15 days to reflect in your account

How can we claim the refund if we cancel the booking directly from the airlinre?

  Let us know immediately after cancelling directly with the airline. Depending on your bank, the refund generally takes 4 to 15 days (from the day we find out about the cancellation) to get processed. In cases such as no–show or flight cancellation, the refund process can take more than three weeks too.
How can we search the City/ AirportCan I search by entering a three–letter airport code instead of a city?

  You can search by entering a three-letter airport code. For instance, search for Singapore by typing SIN.

Will I need to change terminals in connecting flight?

  In most cases, you will need to change terminals in order to board your connecting flight. Often the terminals are at quite some distance from each other and you'll need to set aside some extra time to walk from one to another. Do make it a point to enquire about your terminal as soon as you arrive, since gate numbers and terminals can change at the last moment.

Can I book international tickets for infants on Ezeetrip?

  Yes, you can book tickets for infants and children on Ezeetrip.. When booking international flights for infants, please keep these points in mind:
  1. Every passenger requires a valid passport.
  2. Infants and children must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old.
  3. You can book no more than one infant (under 2 years) per adult. But one adult can fly with a child and an infant.
  4. The infant must be under 24 months of age while travelling the outbound sector to qualify for an infant fare.
If I need to cancel my flight, what is the latest I can do this by?

  With Ezeetrip, you can cancel your flight no later than 48 hours before the time of departure. If it's later than 48 hours, you need to contact the airline directly for cancellation.

How will I get my money back after a cancellation?

  Ezeetrip will credit the money back to the account you used when making the booking. For example, if you used your credit card, we will make an appropriate charge reversal. If you used your debit card, we will credit the money back to the debit card. Cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount, before the refund is made.

How long does it take to process a refund?

  Refund computation will take 12 working days and the amount will reflect in your account within 15-20 working days depending on the issuing Bank.

How do I get my e–ticket details?

  We will send your e–ticket details to the email address you gave us when you made your reservation.

How do I get a boarding pass for an e–ticket?

Do I have to show my e–ticket confirmation email at the airline check–in counter?

  Yes, you must carry the e–ticket confirmation e–mail with you. Some airports do not allow entry without a printout of your e–ticket, so be sure to carry one with you.

How much baggage can I carry?

  Cabin and checked-in baggage limit varies from airline to airline. Some airlines have baggage weight restrictions and others have a specific number of pieces permitted. Please note that restrictions on baggage apply to both checked–in bags as well as cabin baggage. Often, you will be asked to pay for any checked–in luggage that exceeds the weight permitted. Cabin luggage that exceeds the weight limit is not permitted and will have to be checked in.

What are the cancellation charges?

  The cancellation charges depend on many factors, such as:
  1. Different airlines have different cancellation charges and policies.
  2. Some sectors have higher cancellation charges than others.
  3. Some fares attract higher cancellation charges than others.
  4. Usually, the closer it is to the departure date, the higher the cancellation charges.
Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the airline, Ezeetrip charges a cancellation fee of Rs 500 per passenger per passenger.
Can more than two adults stay in one room?

  Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in a room for an extra charge as long as the room does not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your group, the hotel may cancel your reservation or require that you book additional rooms.

Our children will be traveling with us – do they stay for free?

  When making your booking, select the number of children traveling with you from the 'Child' drop–down box. If you select just 1 child, our search will give you the price of a double room with child.

How do I know if my booking was successful?

  We will send you an email confirmation for your hotel booking.

What if I don't get a confirmation at the time of booking?

  If a confirmation page doesn't display once you complete your booking, check your email for a confirmation. If you don't get an email confirmation within ten minutes, let us know at and we'll send you your confirmation details.

If I need to cancel my hotel booking, what's the latest I can do this by?

  It depends on your hotel. Please go through the hotel's booking policy mentioned on the booking page while making the reservation However, please keep in mind that irrespective of what the hotel's booking policy says, you cannot cancel your booking on the day that you are supposed to check–in.
